CommunityScale and Levine Planning Strategies announced a collaboration with the Town of Kennebunk, Maine to develop a Housing Needs Plan addressing housing production and cost burden over the coming five and ten years. The project pairs a data deep-dive into the town’s people, housing stock, and projected demand with a tailored set of strategies, including specific policies the community can adopt, town actions, funding sources, and development partners. The plan is designed to give Kennebunk a clear, evidence-based path to the right mix of future homes across income levels, with particular attention to workforce housing for essential local workers.
