CommunityScale is excited to partner with the City of Waltham on a zoning review and update. 

We will be working closely with City staff and community input to conduct a comprehensive review and update of the City’s zoning ordinance. The goal? Modernizing a framework that promotes smart growth and economic development to reflect Waltham’s current and future aspirations.

The project will include a review, update, and remapping of the existing zoning ordinance. With a focus on streamlined procedures and intuitive guidance, CommunityScale aims to deliver the City of Waltham a comprehensive tool for managing future growth.

Joining CommunityScale are Levine Planning Strategies, LLC, led by Jeff Levine, a leader in inclusionary zoning and economic feasibility, and Blatman, Bobrowski, Haverty & Silverstein, LLC, a law firm with extensive experience in municipal land use law, led by Jonathan Silverstein.
